How to recognize the life path of your child.
Planning before the start
Before you got pregnant, the soul of your child was already preparing herself for her new life. She was planning her new life — planning, for example, what she wants to achieve, what she wants to give, what she wants to learn, and whom she'll meet. Before she's born, she makes a life contract: an energetic contract that broadly outlines her life and her agreements with other people, for example who she'll marry. It also includes her karmic lessons, the intergenerational contracts and karma she wants to carry and resolve, and her abilities. The life contract is like a user guide for life, but the rules can change along the way.
Every child carries her own unique talents into this life
Before your child came to you, her soul prepared herself at what many describe as "the school of angels." Every soul puts together her own "curriculum" — because every soul needs something different before returning to earth. By the time your child arrives, she has already gathered the knowledge and skills she'll need to live a good life, along with knowledge meant specifically to support you.
This means your child already carries what she needs inside her: she holds all her talents, strengths, and yet-to-learn qualities within her soul. Some children arrive with a striking talent for a specific subject, like advanced mathematical thinking or a new way of understanding how plants grow; others carry an unusually deep capacity for love and forgiveness. Whatever the case, these aren't skills your child developed on her own here on earth — she brought them with her.
How to recognize it
You'll often see this show up early. A child with a general life purpose, like bringing joy or helping others, will show that quality again and again from a very young age. A child with a more specific purpose may show an unusually focused interest in exactly that subject, long before it makes sense for her age. Your role as a parent is to recognize this and give her the space to develop it.
Young children will also do anything for approval and for your attention. If your child is resistant, then it might be a skill she still needs to develop, or it might be a chance to release karma. In some cases, it's simply something your child cannot develop, because it contradicts her life contract.
Your child's life path is unique to her and matches her soul
Whatever is written in someone's life contract is something that person can achieve — but every soul's contract, talents, and capacities are unique. This means your child can achieve things you're not capable of, and you can achieve things she's incapable of. It's tempting to judge whether your child's goals are realistic using your own limits and abilities as the measuring stick. Don't. What feels impossible for you might come easily to your child, and what's simple for you might be difficult, or even impossible, for her.
Trust that your child can assess her own path better than you can from the outside. See her goals as achievable, because they're built for her, not for you. Everyone walks their own path, at their own pace, toward their own purpose — and your child's path was never meant to look like yours.
What today's children are here to do
Since we're now in a special time on earth, this is also probably interesting for you. Your child belongs to a particular generation of souls that came to earth to support its shift toward a higher frequency — largely by helping bring masculine and feminine energy back into balance.
Within this generation, there are broadly two kinds of children. Some are here to keep society running: as adults, they'll go to work, find some enjoyment in it, and live steady, stable lives without asking too many questions. Others are here to lead society into a new phase. These children often question authority from a young age, challenge their parents and teachers, and ask the difficult questions. This can be hard to navigate as a parent — but it's important to nurture rather than suppress. When you teach these children that it's fine to think for themselves, hold their own opinions, and disagree, they find it far easier to follow their own path as teenagers and adults.
Some of these children also carry knowledge or sensitivities that don't fit neatly into traditional systems — showing up in behavior adults sometimes label as "difficult," "unmotivated," "highly sensitive," "gifted," or with terms like ADHD or autism. These children are often deeply affected by what happens to the earth, to animals, and to people around them. They're not broken or hard to manage — they're part of this mission, built to thrive in a different kind of system than the one we have now, where they can learn, share, and give at their own pace.
How to make it your own
Practise to learn
The very best way is to use the energetically connection with your child and just ask your child about her life path. If that's not possible, then observe your child closely. Try to analyze the patterns and remember that your child does everything that's in her possibility to please you. If your child is repeatedly reluctant, afraid, shy, or very happy about one issue, then this has to do with her life contract.
For example, your child might need to learn to be alone. In this case, you'll might see that everytime your child is alone for a few minutes, for example in another room or out direct sight, she will start to cry.
Or your child only plays with construction toys, then your child will later be something in the contruction area.
Frequently asked questions
What is a child's life contract?
Before she is conceived, your child's soul makes a life contract — an energetic agreement that broadly outlines her life, including her karmic lessons, key relationships and the abilities she brings with her.
Are a child's talents already there at birth?
Yes. Your child arrives already carrying the talents, strengths and knowledge her soul prepared beforehand, sometimes described as coming from "the school of angels." These aren't skills she develops here on earth — she brings them with her.
How can I recognize my child's life path?
Watch for what shows up early and repeatedly, even before it makes sense for her age — whether that's a general quality like bringing joy to others, or an unusually focused interest in one specific subject.
What if my child resists doing something?
Resistance can mean she still needs to develop that skill, that it's a chance to release karma, or that it simply doesn't match her life contract at all.
What is the mission of today's generation of children?
This generation of souls came to help shift the earth toward a higher frequency, largely by helping bring masculine and feminine energy back into balance. Some children keep society running; others are here to challenge and lead it into a new phase.
Why do some children get labeled as "difficult" or "highly sensitive"?
Some children carry knowledge or sensitivities that don't fit traditional systems, which adults sometimes label as "difficult," "highly sensitive," "gifted," or with terms like ADHD or autism. These children are often deeply affected by what happens around them and are built to thrive in a different kind of system.
How can I best find out my child's life path?
The best way is to use your energetic connection with your child and simply ask her about it. If that's not possible, observe her patterns closely — repeated reluctance, fear or joy around one specific thing often points to something written in her life contract.
