In the Matriarchal World, women and feminine energy lead. Women hold the power of life: the creative force that gives life to people, plants, animals, things and visions. Women also have healing and spiritual gifts. The women of the Matriarchal World are powerful, strong, self-confident, loving, wise, self-reliant and devoted to serving their people. They have humor, love to come together to dance and sing, and create life all around them. Women shine like the sun in the universe.

In the Matriarchal World, men are seen as indispensable. They are the cement that binds society together. Men are strong, skilled, caring, tolerant and protective. They act with respect for nature and for women. A man radiates strength, trust and wisdom, like the moon in the universe. Every woman is safe, and every man is safe. Both feel heard, seen and valued.

Because people feel loved, valuable and important, they make their choices from love and respect for themselves, for others, for animals and for nature. That is the foundation of matriarchal leadership.

Feminine and masculine energy in balance

Every person has both feminine and masculine energy. Feminine energy is connected to your heart chakra. It is a light, sensitive, loving energy and the center of your emotions, love, compassion, connection and inner wisdom. Masculine energy is connected to your root chakra. It is the energy of your identity and the strength with which you lead your life, protect yourself and stand up for yourself.

Both energies are equally important, and they always complement each other. You are in balance when they are developed to roughly the same strength. Women develop masculine energy to come into balance, and men develop feminine energy. Energy only becomes unbalanced when it leans too far to one side. As a woman in balance, you have access to pure, powerful feminine energy. That is the energy you lead with.

In the Matriarchal World, people learn from a young age to keep these energies in balance. It is one of the most important skills a person can have, because your balance shapes the people around you, your world and the Earth as a whole.

Leading from balance

A society or organization in balance is easy to recognize. It makes conscious choices from both masculine and feminine energy. It protects its people and its environment and cares for them with love, while defending itself against those who wish to do harm. It puts care for people at the center while creating prosperity. It makes long-term decisions as easily as short-term ones, and both strengthen each other. It pursues progress while caring for a healthy planet and society.

When energy is out of balance, people make choices from scarcity or fear. A leader in balance makes choices from love, wisdom and strength. The same is true in business. In the Matriarchal World, you do business honestly, and the quality of your product or service comes first. You want your clients to be better off because of what you offer.

Listening as a leader

In the Matriarchal World, people support and encourage each other. That is the power of feminine energy. When opinions differ, people listen. Where does your opinion come from? Is it fear speaking, or urgency, knowledge or ambition? How can we bring our views together?

People with a different opinion are embraced, as long as they speak with a pure heart. This is how you strengthen each other. It is the foundation of a family in which everyone feels heard and safe, and of a society in which the interests of the economy and the Earth are in balance.

Words that build

Words can heal or wound, build a society or break it down. They can move people to action. Criticism often says more about the sender than about the receiver: it reflects the sender's own fear, insecurity, pain or longing. The more you stand in your power, and the more clearly you express who you are and what you stand for, the less criticism affects you.

A matriarchal leader consciously chooses positive communication. The more people feel appreciated, the more the balance of energy is restored. This is how you lift your team, your organization and society to a higher level.

Assigning roles based on talent

In the Matriarchal World, each role goes to the person best suited for it. Sometimes that is specifically a man or specifically a woman, because the balance between men and women is important for the stability of a society. People look at energy, values and talents, and above all at a person's own wishes and goals.

In the Matriarchal World, women respect other women from the heart. Every woman knows she is valued and respected for her role, so she supports other women unconditionally. As a leader, this is how you make room for everyone to contribute from their own strength and talent.

From emancipation to Femilution

Our foremothers dedicated their whole lives to greater equality. Emancipation literally means "striving for a full position from a disadvantaged one". Now a new phase is beginning: the Femilution. Femilution means that women are the solution, or part of the solution. In every choice that is made, the needs of women are naturally part of that solution.

​

Where women once had to adapt to the wishes of men and organizations, businesses, society and men are now increasingly adapting to the wishes of women. This is also needed for men. And here is the beautiful part: wherever women gain space in society, other groups follow.

​

You are a gatekeeper

Every person is a gatekeeper of the balance between feminine and masculine energy. When you take care of your own balance, you automatically inspire and balance the people around you, and you contribute to a better balance on the planet. Out of a hundred women, perhaps only one is strong enough to truly stand in her power. Her love and light give the other ninety-nine women the energy to grow and shine. You can be that woman.
